Sentez and its team set foot in the heart of Istanbul, Sultanahmet within a structure steeped in centuries of history. Inspired by the richly layered cultural heritage of both Istanbul and Anatolia, we strive to reflect the diversity and depth of these lands in every dish. Ancient recipes spanning millennia are brought to life once again, reimagined with the season's freshest ingredients and contemporary techniques here.
